Our fifteenth race to Hawaii started in July, 2008. 68. well-prepared boats, eager crews, and valiant skippers headed out for adventure over the longest open-water stretch in the world!
An all too short time later, maybe a week or two on the calendar, but a change of a lifetime for so many, our fleet arrived at stunning Kaneohe Bay on the North side of the island of Oahu. The Kaneohe Yacht Club, our finish line host, put on a week of welcoming parties that made us understand why Captain Cook kept coming back!
