Participants

This page is an attempt, as suggested by Bill the Navigator, to collect all of a boat's requirements on one page.  Below, you'll find a number of things you want.

1.  All yachts are required to enter and pay. And also to register for a tracking device, when available.

2.  All humans participating (Skippers and Crew) are required to complete an Online Participant Registration for contact information and also to SIGN the participants' waiver and mail or fax it in.

3. Inspection Report and Inspection Checklist make a good tool.  These, of course, are based on the NOR and the Offshore Special Regulations.

4. How about your rating? Have you submitted your PHRF form? Go to the YRA site if you need one!  Here is the ratings method.

5. Energy Plan will surely get you charged up.

6. Skipper Certification, Representation and Warranty (coming)

7. Crew Resume and Experience Form will be circulated.

8. Communications Plan (being substantially revised)
